  • Two townhouse blocks, each with 6 stacked units. 12 townhouse units
  • Apartment is one level of concrete construction (underground parkade), with five levels of wood frame above
  • Apartment has 24 studio units, 38 one bedroom units and 8 two bedroom units
  • Apartment has a shared amenity room on the main floor and a large common roof deck on level 5
  • Townhouses have 4 two bedroom units and 8 three bedroom units
